Colors By Trixie (CBT) Basic Agreement:

Client to provide outline and content (s) of material (s) for said website, in a timely manner. With rough outline showing desired placement of said content. Client also provides files, photos needed for construction of said design, unless ordering custom work in this area.

Client must supply Colors by Trixie with permission to use said files as required. Colors by Trixie when using any client provided © Copyrighted materials, Will not be responsible for any copyright infringement. It is the Clients sole responsibility to obtain proper permissions and forward said permissions to (CBT), for any material client submits to Colors by Trixie for use in construction of said web site-design.

Client to pay up front all fees such as Domain Registration, forwarding, redirects and so on. Client must provide a means of payment such as credit card, to hosting service and domain provider, as per said providers service agreements. Colors by Trixie (CBT) will retain sole copyright to all materials created or re-created by CBT. Client will pay Colors by Trixie a non refundable deposit to be discussed at time of contract negotiations, to setup above mentioned services.

Colors by Trixie (CBT) offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if for any reason the client is not 100% satisfied with the finished product, and the issue (s) can't be resolved. Colors by Trixie (CBT) will remove said website within 10 days, and the client owes nothing more. The client will retain ownership of domain and host providers information.

Once the site is live on the WWW for 10 days, the client shows complete satisfaction and acceptance of negotiated contract - terms, and is required to pay Colors by Trixie (CBT) in full with in 3 days or the site will be removed.
